Everything about God in The Bible

Everything about God in The Bible

Christianity is one of the largest monotheist religions, which sanction the belief in a single, universal, all-encompassing God.

The term monotheism is applied particularly to Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. In practice Christians tend to emphasis the existence of one God that unifies the universe.

“The Lord works in mysterious ways”.

Historically Christians believe that the nature of God is a mystery understood only through special revelation. There are over forty-three passages in the Bible that proclaim the existence of a one and only God.

Christianity does however embrace a belief that does not conform to Unitarian monotheistic beliefs. This unconventional belief asserts that God is reflected in three separate divine entities known as the Holy Trinity. In this instance God is one figure that exists in three eternal entities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
