Here are five job interview vocabulary terms when speaking English using an effective range:

Behavioral interview: A type of interview that focuses on how a candidate has handled specific situations in the past. The interviewer will ask questions that require the candidate to provide examples of their behavior in certain situations.

Panel interview: An interview in which a candidate is interviewed by a group of people, rather than just one interviewer. Panel interviews are often used for senior-level positions or when the candidate will be working with multiple departments.

Salary negotiation: The process of discussing and agreeing on a salary for a job. This usually happens after a job offer has been made.

Soft skills: Non-technical skills that are important for success in many jobs. Examples include communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Stress interview: An interview in which the interviewer intentionally creates a stressful environment to see how the candidate reacts under pressure. Stress interviews are often used for jobs that require the ability to work well under stress.
